Educating Patients, Elevating Trust

Pure Integrative Pharmacy needed a way to deepen trust with both patients and practitioners while standing out in a crowded natural health marketplace. 


The goal was to create an owned media channel that delivered real value, showcased clinical expertise, and kept Pure top-of-mind across all 25+ pharmacy locations. 

Challenge

Most pharmacy communications focus heavily on promotions. Pure wanted a quarterly publication that would feel like a health magazine, not a flyer, balancing evidence-based education with product awareness to lift clinician engagement and develop brand trust.

Solution

ContentYak partnered with Pure to advance the LivePure Quarterly Journal of Integrative Medicine, a premium 36-page publication blending:


  • Plain-language educational articles written by MDs
  • Practitioner and medical community spotlights 
  • Seasonal product features as sponsored content
  • Lifestyle facts that makes wellness approachable

At a Glance

  • Format: Glossy 36-page quarterly magazine now in it's 6th year
  • Distribution: Print copies across 25+ pharmacy locations

  • Digital delivery, email campaigns, and online PDF copies 
  • Frequency: 4x per year

Outcome

  • Patients see Pure as a knowledge source. They ask more questions, seek deeper understanding, and develop a resilient brand trust.
  • Practitioners request the Journal for their offices and patient events, further developing trust with prescribing MDs, NDs, and their patients.  
  • Geo-targeting hard copies to homes surrounding 25+ locations has elevated and the Pure mission to meet it's brand promise as Your Hub of Health.
