Educating Brands on Online-to-Offline Marketing

Vancouver-based Social Nature, with over 100,000 trusted influencers and 1.2 million shoppers, wanted to help CPG and natural health brands better understand how to move shoppers from digital discovery to in-store purchase, and back again. 

Challenge

O2O (online-to-offline) marketing is complex, and many brands didn’t know how to implement it effectively. 


ContentYak was asked to support the creation of a special brand guide explaining the value of O2O; simplifying and mapping out the way through the complicated process.

Solution

ContentYak created a 50-page Complete Guide to O2O Marketing that:

  • Explained O2O strategies clearly with examples from SMEs
  • Highlighted best practices for digital to in-store conversions 
  • Positioned Social Nature as a thought leader and trusted partner

Outcome
