We provide the Client, Writer, Editor and all others, known or unknown, with Our Terms and Conditions. The Client, Writer, Editor and all others, known or unknown, are required to read, agree to and follow all Terms and Conditions, plus all other policies, written or unwritten, mentioned or not mentioned, by the Company and on Our website(s).
The Admin is here to serve! We keep top of mind in all transactions and communications that the Client, Editor and Writer are a team working toward the same goal: satisfying You. We want to make this easy for You. We're here to simplify your content planning and keep your content creation needs on time and on budget. Admin will assist in the completion of this goal.
The Admin has final approval for all Product deliveries and payment releases. The Admin will resolve all and any disputes regarding all matters that may arise from the use of Our Services whether in person, online or by any other means, including matters and disputes related to intellectual property rights, fees, payments, memberships, accounts, access, refunds, reimbursements, discounts, expenses, costs, copyright, deadlines and/or delivery times that arise between the Company and/or the Client and/or the Editor and/or the Writer and/or all others mentioned or not mentioned, known or not known.
The Client may order Our Services by direct contact or through Our website(s).
The order process begins when the Client initiates an order by contacting the Company directly or through Our website.
The Client will be asked to provide additional order details and budget range as part of the account creation process. The Client will approve Our creative brief outlining the Client Service needs.
The Client will signal acceptance and secure production of the Service by depositing funds through our PayPal account or by other payment means and terms approved by Admin. Funds provided through PayPal remain locked until Client approves release of payment for Services or until 15 working days have passed since delivery of Product with no response or contact from the Client.
The Client receives both Our completed Product and the copyright to that Product upon payment. We waive all rights to the copyright and have no ownership or responsibility for the Product after the Client payment has been made and accepted by the Company. You are free to use the provided Product in any way You feel is appropriate, safe and legal.
The Editor will review all new orders and contact the Client for confirmation of requirements and budget.
The Editor will develop a detailed creative brief to ensure the Writer understands the requirements of the Service and is able to deliver on time. The Editor will have the Client approve the creative brief.
The Editor will assign a minimum budget for the Service and provide the creative brief to the assigned writer.
The Editor will review all completed Services before delivery to the Client. The Editor will make certain the Product meets Client specifications, proofread the completed Product, ensure original content with no plagiarism, confirm completion and Client approval plus initiate transfer of Product to Client and notify Admin to release any PayPal funds on all completed orders to the appropriate Writer and to Us.
The writer agrees to complete the Service for the agreed amount less any fees, charges, or commissions payable to the Company. The Writer understands and accepts that the Editor and/or the Client can refuse the Product if it does not meet expectations.
The Writer will send completed Product to the Editor for approval before the completed Product is sent to the Client by the Editor.
The Writer will receive payment for Services once the Editor and the Client have accepted the final Product.
When Product is not accepted by the Editor or the Client, the Writer can revise and resubmit for approval. The writer will not be paid for Service or will be partially paid for Service, as determined by the Admin, when said Service is not accepted by the Editor and/or the Client and the Writer is not willing to, or does not, revise and resubmit the Product.
We provide revisions on all payment-guaranteed orders. When the Client has guaranteed payment of Our Services by directly depositing the required Service costs and fees into Our secure PayPal account system, the Client can ask us for free revisions if they are not satisfied with the end Product because the end Product does not meet the creative brief that is approved by the Client and provided by the Editor to the Writer.
For all revision requests, those payment guaranteed through Our PayPal wallet system or those defined by other payment means, if the revision request significantly increase the size and/or scope of the previously agreed upon creative brief and end Product, the Client agrees that the Company can and will assign what We consider to be appropriate charges for the additional scope of Services.
Revision requests by the Client will be accepted up to 10 business days after delivery of the Product to the Client. After 10 working days have passed since Product delivery, it is assumed that the Client is satisfied and that Admin can complete the transaction and close the bid, including the release of any PayPal prepayment from the Client to the Company without further notice or contact being required.
All revision requests will be fast-tracked and completed within an allotted time set by the Admin or by the Editor. The Client agrees to accept the revision timeline as set by the Admin or the Editor. Both the Admin and the Editor will strive to always meet the revision needs and timeline of the Client.
When the Client prepays through PayPal and requests a refund before We begin work on the order, a complete refund will be provided to the Client by the Admin less applicable transaction charges as determined by the Admin. The Client agrees to pay all and any transaction fees deemed applicable by the Admin.
When a refund is requested but work has already begun, the Company will refund the balance of payment for the Client less the dollar amount required to pay for work already completed on the Client project as determined by the Admin. The Client agrees to accept the Admin decision on refundable amounts.
The Client may ask for a refund when not completely satisfied with Our Product. When this happens, the Admin will seek to address Client concerns and provide completed Product that better meets the Client needs. If resolution is deemed not possible, the Admin will determine the appropriate refund amount based on complaint type, work completed and the applicable transaction charges. The Client agrees to accept the Admin decision on refundable amounts.
