All funds loaded to your ContentYak Wallet are 100% refundable except when the funds have been reserved to secure a specific content project.
When a refund is requested but work has already begun, we will refund the balance of payment for the Client less the dollar amount required to pay for work already completed as determined by the Admin. The Client agrees to accept the Admin decision on refundable amounts.
The Client may ask for a refund when not completely satisfied. When this happens, the Admin will seek to address Client concerns and quickly provide completed content that better meets the Client needs.
If resolution is deemed not possible, the Admin will determine the appropriate refund amount based on complaint type, work completed and the applicable transaction charges. The Client agrees to accept the Admin decision on refundable amounts.
